Yes, 16 years. Younger travellers only when accompanied by an adult or with written consent from a parent or guardian.
That depends on the rate you choose. The booking system offers non-refundable and flexible rates. You can see the exact deadline and any costs before completing your booking.
All common payment methods except cash: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Girocard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and online payment. Payment is processed directly at booking via the booking system.
Digital check-in from 3pm, including after midnight. Virtual reception and telephone support: 24/7. No staffed on-site reception.
Earlier check-in and later check-out only on request. Luggage can be stored with our partner SpätKauf 45 (Lychener Straße 45, about one minute's walk): €2.50 per person, on arrival and departure day, daily 09:00–00:00, paid directly on site. Standard checkout is 11:00.
You share the building entrance with the residents of the apartments. After booking, you'll receive a code for the front door and the key box by email — no ringing, no waiting. Please greet neighbours kindly when you come in. We're guests here.
Lettestraße has paid street parking. We recommend public transport. Nearby stops include U Eberswalder Straße and S+U Schönhauser Allee. Check BVG/VBB for a current connection including the final walk.
Yes. Fast WiFi throughout the building, included. Login details are posted at reception.
Shared bathrooms with showers and toilets, spread across three building sections — short distances, no waiting. Plus a women-only bathroom — a protected space, women only. Stone tiles, rain showers.
Yes, both are free and waiting fresh in your room. You make the bed yourself.
Every bed has a lockable locker for laptop, passport and the like. Locks are available on request from staff.
We don't serve breakfast. But we have one of Berlin's best café neighbourhoods right outside the door — just ask us for our recommendations around Helmholtzplatz.
Send us your group size and dates. We'll book you whole rooms or floors. School classes get free spots for teachers from 10 students up, larger groups get individual offers. Reply usually within 24 hours.
No. Out of consideration for other guests — shared dorms, possible allergies. If you're looking for pet-friendly accommodation nearby, get in touch and we'll happily recommend.
The Sleep Club is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. If you use a wheelchair or have limited mobility, please contact our support team in advance — we'll tell you honestly whether a stay is feasible for you and what alternatives exist in the neighbourhood.
